(This programme will be conducted in offline mode)

Programme details for Academic year 2026-2027

Commencement Date: 13th July 2026
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 8.00 am to 1.00 pm

Yoga has emerged as an important pathway for physical and mental well-being in today’s fast-paced world. While many people associate Yoga only with Asanas and Pranayama, students of Yogashastra gain a much deeper understanding of Yoga as a rich philosophical and practical tradition. Through this programme, students explore the foundational principles that support holistic health, self-development, and social harmony.

This ancient system offers students not only personal growth and mental discipline, but also the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to society through the knowledge and practice of Yoga.

From 2022–23 onwards, we are offering a revised BA Yogashastra programme in which the third year includes rigorous teacher-training courses along with specialised courses in Yoga Therapy in Semesters V and VI. These additions equip students with practical skills, professional training, and wider career opportunities in the field of Yoga and wellness.
